Dear Parents/Caregivers
Assalaamu AlaikumWRWB
Senior Girls Camp
The senior girl’s camp at Rotorua from the 9th to 11th May was a huge success. The students and accompanying staff participated in the organised activities. On day one they stopped at Maze at Ngongotaha for lunch and Zuhr prayers and weaved their way through the maze before setting off for the camp site in Rotorua. On day two the students went to the Wiimarino Education Trust Centre and enjoyed water-based and dry activities which included kayaking. This was a first for most of them and was enjoyed by all. It was an enjoyable experience and a first for the secondary girls who had learned new skills working and bonding well as a team. Jazaak Allah to the Principal and all the staff who gave their willing support to make this happen.
